As a part of an initiative started by Indra Foundation, we are establishing an Organic Farm in Eastern Nepal in order to support the local communities in a village near to Basantapur, Nepal.  The purpose of building an Organic Farm is not only to help a community but to make it self-sustainable again.  Eastern Nepal was deeply damaged by the past earthquake which is why we have decided to build a farm that will be run by people in the village, where we can help local villagers to promote the practice of organic farming and helping them to improve their livelihood.
